Real fax equipment, not an approximation

Your number and its line are hosted on real fax equipment — high-technology fax boards, selected from the top of their product lines to ensure compatibility and reliability at the far end.

Sending and receiving

Faxes received on your number are processed and forwarded to the email address or addresses you nominate, as a PDF or TIFF. Sending works the other way round: email the number, and the message and its attachments go out as a fax. Either way our system emails you the fax or the response in under a minute, so the transaction closes while you are still at your desk.

Routing what arrives

Incoming faxes do not have to land in one inbox. Barcode tracking reads a code off the coversheet and routes the fax to the right person while copying a central address, so nothing goes unaccounted for. Volume senders can drive the service through the fax API, and resellers can put their own brand on it with whitelabel email to fax.

Keeping the number you already have

The equipment is only half of it. An existing fax number can be ported across and carries on working, so moving to internet fax does not mean reprinting everything with a new number on it.
